E-Learning
We recognize the budget constraints our member facilities face and
MHA offers several learning opportunities that can be viewed within the
hospital through audio and web based programs.
CareLearning
This is a nonprofit entity with a mission to assist hospitals and
health systems with the increasingly complex array of professional
development, education and training requirements. MHA, in cooperation
with more than 40 other state hospital associations and the American
Hospital Association, has formed careLearning.com an Internet-based
education and learning administration system. You can register for
program offerings through MHA as a non-member or become a careLearning
user and take advantage of the many other benefits it has to offer, such
as an educational tracking system. For more information on becoming a
careLearning user please contact Judith Forshee, VP of Education at
601.368.3216 or jforshee@mhanet.org. When you
click on the careLearning link it will take you to their website. Scroll
to the top and click on Webinars at the top of the page and then scroll
down to All Webinars and click the number that is underlined. This will
walk you through the registration process.
Trustee Webinars
MHA offers useful and meaningful education to trustees of member
hospitals. This is done through on-site programs, as well as, audio and
web-based
programs. This link offers only web-based programs.
Other Webinars
These are webinars are through various entities that MHA feels are
meaningful educational programs we can offer our members.
